VESLEMØY RUUD ZWART
Veslemoey Zwart, a powerhouse Norwegian producer who bridges the creative realms of Los Angeles and Oslo. As the founder of Zwart Arbeid and Motion Blur, Veslemoey is known for her fearless storytelling, innovation, and hands-on approach to filmmaking.
One of her standout achievements was going undercover in Cuba to capture the hidden voices of “Las Damas de Blanco,” the brave wives of imprisoned dissidents. This daring documentary underscored her commitment to telling stories that matter, even at personal risk. But that’s not all. Veslemoey isn't just a producer sitting behind the scenes—she’s often right in the thick of things, whether it’s helping serve meals to extras, building sets, or even jumping behind the wheel as a stunt driver. Her energy, versatility, and passion for every detail of the process set her apart.
Beyond her own productions, Veslemoey has been instrumental in cultivating new talent across Scandinavia, helping shape the careers of notable directors like Roenberg (of Kon Tiki fame), Stefan Treschow, and Harald Zwart. Her influence extends far beyond Norway, thanks to her leadership as CEO of Motion Blur Inc., Los Angeles, where she continues to acquire exciting IP-rights, including the much-anticipated "Egalia's Daughters" project—a bold exploration of gender roles based on the iconic Scandinavian novel.
With a deep academic background, including a Master’s in Criminology from the University of Oslo, Veslemoey’s creative vision is underscored by her intellectual rigor and passion for societal issues, evident in her groundbreaking thesis on the private prison industry.
Whether she’s on set rolling up her sleeves, championing young female filmmakers, or developing compelling stories with a global impact, Veslemoey Zwart is a force to be reckoned with.

HARALD ZWART
HARALD ZWART
Harald Zwart, one of the most commercially successful, award winning, directors in Scandinavian history—a filmmaking visionary whose projects have raked in a jaw-dropping USD 597 million (over NOK 6.3 billion) worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo. And that’s not counting his Scandinavian blockbusters, like 12th Man (which captivated over 650,000 viewers) and the beloved Lange Flate Ballær series (with a combined audience of over 700,000), all of which dominated the No. 1 spot at the box office in Norway.
Harald’s storytelling magic started when he was just 8 years old, crafting cell and puppet animations on super 8 film. His passion for film was paired with a love of drawing, painting, and music, which all contribute to his distinctive, creative vision. After honing his craft at the prestigious Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam, his graduation short film, Gabriel’s Surprise, didn’t just earn him praise—it launched his career in global commercials, opening doors in Scandinavia, England, Europe, the U.S., and Asia.
What sets Harald apart is his global perspective and ability to shoot in virtually any corner of the world, seamlessly blending cultures and storytelling styles. He’s a true trailblazer—becoming the first Norwegian director to join the exclusive ranks of the Directors Guild of America (DGA), a testament to his talent and international impact.
Harald Zwart never stops working. From hundreds of commercials to music videos, TV shows, and feature films, his work captivates audiences worldwide, showcasing his rare talent for connecting across all genres. Always pushing the boundaries of storytelling, Harald delivers blockbuster success time and again.
His standout films speak volumes—"One Night At McCool's" is a cult classic, while "Agent Cody Banks" became an iconic favorite for a generation. His "Karate Kid" remake was Sony’s biggest hit the year of release, and "The Mortal Instruments" has found new life as a TikTok phenomenon.
